Established in 1999, HwaRang PMC has developed through a strategic alliance with advisory partners. HwaRang PMC introduced the Advanced Construction Project Management based on PMBP (PM Business Process) of the U.S. Corps of Engineers as well as PMBOK (PM Body of Knowledge) of the PMI (PM Institute) and delivered professional consulting services for overall management of various project components.

In 2009, we developed the CPM3 (Construction Project Management Maturity Model) to evaluate organizational project management capability. Furthermore, in 2017, we have started a PPP (public-private partnership) business alliance with P3Korea.
